About Us

Do you find it difficult to socialise and get out of the house? Our group provides a regular activity for people with anxiety and depression, run by people with mental health issues who understand what you're going through.

Our service users have told us how much they value having a regular place to come on a weekly basis to talk about what has been going on for them, any difficulties or problems they have had, and that discussing these with other people helps them to feel more confident.

There are activities, or you can share what's been happening for you during the week, and discuss current affairs and other topics of interest.

We also have information about a wide range of services and support in South Gloucestershire, so we can signpost you to extra support when needed.

Positive Steps meets on a weekly basis at Emersons Green Village Hall, Bristol on Fridays between 1.30pm and 4pm.

The sessions are free, with a contribution of £1.00 for tea, coffee and biscuits.
